1. Reservation Policy
All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by Coconut Hill Cottage Nusa Penida. Guests are required to provide accurate booking information, including name, contact details, check-in date, check-out date, and number of guests.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: Before 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
Reservations may require an advance payment or full payment to secure the booking. Payment instructions will be provided after the reservation request has been received.
Bookings are considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully verified by our reservation team.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible. Refund eligibility and cancellation charges, if any, will be determined based on the cancellation period and applicable reservation terms.
No-shows or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date may result in the reservation being cancelled without refund.

Coconut Hill Cottage Nusa Penida shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, government regulations, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
